Messy helps tweens and teens discover themselves through creative expression.
We believe creativity is a wellness tool and can be used to develop our resilience, facilitate growth and help with self-identity, and esteem.
Curiosity is our bestie, as teens are discovering who they are and finding ways to express themselves, we aim to create healthy and non-judgmental ways to do this, usually through art, yoga, and talking.
What do we do?
EVENTS
From one-day workshops to full on retreats, we aim to explore new ways to connect with each other under the guise of adventure and creativity.
MENTORING
1:1 mentoring is available for teens looking for extra support and guidance.
PROGRAMS
For schools. community groups and organisations; we creatively tackle messy subjects in a creative and collaborative way, get in touch to start the conversation
